To qualify for VIP status you must be able to produce either:

• a Social Security Pension card or, 
• an Age Concern Membership card

As a VIP you can shop with us on ANY Monday throughout the year and save an additional 5% off all our In Store prices.

Can Anyone apply for VIP status?

Yes, provided they can show either of the above cards.

Do I need to be a cardholder before I can become a VIP?

Not at all.  In fact you don't have to be a cardholder ever if you don't want to!  However, unless you are a cardholder you will need to produce your status proof on each visit.

What is the benefit of being a VIP when I'm already a cardholder?

As a cardholder you automatically only get charged the Privilege prices.  If you are also a VIP customer then you are saving not only your discount as a cardholder but if In Store on a Monday, your VIP discount will be deducted as an additional discount over and above any other Privilege registered cardholder price.

The other benefit is that you can ask us to register your status against your card detail on our system, so you don't have to keep producing proof of your status!
