Our Policies

Our Prices

All our website prices include GST at 3% which will be deducted from your order whilst it is being processed if after checking with our system we find that you are registered with us as GST exempt.

Order Payment

Payment can be accepted in any of the following ways:

  • Cash
  • Cheque (personal cheques require a guarantee card)
  • Debit ir Credit card
  • BACS - by arrangement (please contact our Admin team for assistance)

We accept payment before or at the time of collection or local delivery.

Local Customer's Collection Point

A customer collection point is located in our logistics area alongside the In Store Cash & Carry showroom.  Customers may collect their prepared order by reversing in to have their cars loaded for them.

Customers utilising this facility do so entirely at their own risk and are politely requested to show consideration to others by not blocking the entrance or parking on the road.

Local Order Deliveries

For customers who prefer to have their purchases delivered direct to the door and for all alcohol orders, we offer a delivery service.  Our warehouse distribution centre makes daily deliveries Island wide.

Shipping and Handling

We can arrange shipping on orders for Mail order customers.  A quote for relevant charges to do this will be advised upon receipt of your order.

Mail order customers are responsible for any additional charges and / or duties  and taxes levied in receiving their order.

Special Orders

Special orders generally arrive within 2 - 3 working days but we can advise you of an expected delivery date when special orders are being placed.  You will be contacted as soon as your order has arrived by a member of our Customer Support team to arrange collection or delivery.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Returns can normally only be accepted within a month of purchase and you will be required to produce your receipt.

Returned goods can only be accepted for exchange provided the packaging is complete and the item is still in re-saleable condition.

If we need to ask a supplier to accept back a special order you wish to return, you will be responsible and charged for any Supplier's re-stocking charge and postage or freight charges incurred whilst arranging this for you.  Please note: Most suppliers have a very strict time policy for returns made against special orders, which may restrict us in being able to assist you with this service.
